Ruthin, North Wales. Ruthin’s longest running Tai Chi class, now in its 7th year, meets weekly at Rhos St School’s main hall. The Ruthin group works with flexibility, Qi Gong, and Simplified Style Yang. Course material is followed in common with neighbouring classes in Denbigh and Wrexham, and we enjoy occasional visits from associate teachers to help provide a broader insight into the arts.

Typical sets include Shibashi, Ba Dua Jin, Simplified Yang.
