Gaynor introduces students to Qigong and Tai Chi with explanation and practice to improve health and fitness. Newcomers are welcome – experience is not necessary and all levels of ability are welcome as exercise and practice can be adapted to individuals’ abilities. Loose fitting clothes and trainers or other flat soled shoes are ideal.
