- Structural alignment
- develop Sung – an “internal” process for releasing tension
- Tui Shou – testing the combined propositions of Sung and Ting
Classical Training, Modern Technology
In addition to classical teaching methods, weekend training includes individualized video content to help students develop material moving forward. The system, developed with Jann Nestell’s valuable advice, is already helping students in our British and Canadian programs improve learning curves for building physical postures, and the content helps students develop course material between events.

Classical processes including Taijquan and Nei Gong work can be emotionally and physically challenging. For this reason we do not recommend that anybody with psychological disorders or those with serious medical issues/needs attend these events. Instead, ‘medical’ Qi Gong schools would be more appropriate for these kinds of needs.
Nei Gong is also unsuitable for pregnant women or anybody under 18 years old. Lastly we reserve the right to ask any student to leave the training immediately if we deem the training to be unsuitable for them, or a risk to their well-being.
